2020 -2021 Projects
Covid-19 Response & Food Baskets Delivered 2,250 food baskets to the home-bound, elderly and unemployed due to Covid -March to August 2020. Donated PPE supplies and medicine including N95 Masks, gloves and face shields to San Pancho Hospital staff and Centro de Salud in La Peñita (Health Clinic).
All Schools Project Our most important, multi-year project: the philosophy of the “All Schools Project” is quite simple, yet far-reaching. All schools, primary, secondary and prep, should be up to a common standard of functionality. These projects stress strong parent involvement and give priority to student safety, education enhancement & school common area improvements.Our goal is to investigate need, secure funding and provide for the infrastructure needs of our schools.
Centro de Salud (Health Clinic) La Peñita Acquiring major medical equipment and supplies needed at the local health clinic .
Community Civic Support in Jaltemba Bay
- Civic Plaza – Paraiso Escondido, La Colonia Providing architectural plans, volunteers and donaon of trees to begin community park and gathering site organized by local cizens and leaders.
- La Peñita Main Plaza – Donations supporting artists painting the central gazebo.
- Recycle Program – Guayabitos, La Peñita and Los Ayala since 2010 providing plastic recycle baskets and supporting the plascti recycle process.
- Clean Water for Jaltemba Bay Communties Ongoing project with local and state governments to repair and update the Waste Water Treatment Plant
